16 March 2025 – Second Sunday of Lent – Year C
“My brothers and sisters, whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, stand firm in the Lord.” — Philippians 4:1
The Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops presents Journey through Lent with the Most Rev. Gary Franken, Bishop of Saint Paul. Join us as we reflect on the Scriptures for the Sundays of Lent 2025.
On this Second Sunday of Lent, Bishop Franken provides a reflection on the Transfiguration and our journey together to heaven.
A joint initiative of the National Liturgy Office, the Office national de liturgie and the Office for Evangelization and Catechesis.
Visit www.cccb.ca/lent every Monday for a new reflection for the scriptures of the following Sunday.
