It means choosing to follow Jesus Christ within the Church \u2014 a worldwide community that receives the faith of the Apostles and hands it on from one generation to the next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Catholic life is nourished by the Word of God, by prayer, by the sacraments, by community, and by service.
