Christian love is not only a feeling. It involves faithfulness, respect, justice, forgiveness, responsibility, and the courage to make choices that help us grow.

Jesus unites love of God and love of neighbour. He teaches us to recognize the dignity of each person, to form our conscience, and to discern what leads to greater freedom and life.

This section can offer guidance on human relationships, emotional and family life, integrity, truthfulness in speech, the sharing of goods, solidarity, and respect for life and creation. More sensitive or complex subjects should be developed on separate pages, with pastoral language and appropriate resources.

“You shall love the Lord your God… and your neighbour as yourself.”
Matthew 22:37, 39

Living in Christ means allowing our relationship with Jesus to gradually shape our entire existence.
